Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment card details. Payment information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL).

Order fulfillment: to process, produce, ship, and deliver your order

Our Site is built on Shopify, and we currently have Shopify Network Intelligence enabled. This allows Shopify to use certain information about your interactions with our Site, together with information from interactions with Shopify and other merchants, to provide enhanced services such as analytics, personalization, and advertising. For certain Enhanced Services, Shopify may process personal information as an independent controller or business under applicable privacy laws. Section 6 explains how eligible customers can opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

To operate our business and fulfill your orders, we share personal information with the following categories of third parties:

4.1 Shopify (E-Commerce Platform)

Our Site is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide its commerce platform and related services to us. For certain services, including Enhanced Services available through Shopify Network Intelligence, Shopify may process personal information for purposes such as analytics, personalization, product improvement, and advertising as described in Shopify's own privacy notices. Shopify's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

4.2 Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Partners

Because our products are made to order, your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner(s) as necessary to produce and deliver your order. Each fulfillment partner processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection obligations.

4.3 Other Service Providers

Depending on the tools we have active at any given time, we may also share data with service providers in categories such as:

Email and SMS marketing platforms, if you have opted in to receive marketing communications
Analytics and site-performance tools, generally on an aggregated or pseudonymized basis
Advertising and personalization technologies, including those made available through Shopify (see Section 3)
