If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. That's our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
Every Real Good Days piece is made to order — printed, pressed, and packed just for you. Because nothing in our store sits on a shelf waiting, your tee doesn't exist until you order it. That's part of what makes it yours.
It also means we can't accept traditional returns or size exchanges the way a big-box retailer can. But if something goes wrong on our end? We'll fix it. No hoops, no hassle. One hundred per cent.
What We'll Always Fix
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — a misprinted design, the wrong size shipped, a hole in the fabric, or anything that is clearly our mistake — we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To get things sorted, email us at hi@realgooddays.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number from your confirmation email
- A clear photo of the entire item with the issue visible
- A brief description of what went wrong
We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the next step. In most cases we will ship a replacement straight away. If a replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
What We Cannot Offer Refunds For
Because every piece is printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind, including style, colour, or design preferences
- Incorrect size selection — please check our size guide carefully before ordering
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items that have been discarded or donated — we need to see the product to assess it
- Gift cards
We have built a detailed size guide and product descriptions so you can feel confident before you click Add to Cart. If you are ever unsure about sizing, please reach out before ordering — we would much rather help you get the right fit upfront.
A Note on Handcrafted Goods
Our tees are printed individually, which means very minor variations in colour, placement, or fabric texture can occur. These are a natural part of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects. Think of them as small proof that a real person made your piece — not a machine on autopilot.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time on their end
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and it has not appeared, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including rights that cannot be waived or excluded by contract.
